Smelling notes by Paula McGuire
Expecting intrigue and mystery, instead I found a strange comfort in the smell of these pages – like old jumpers drying on a radiator. There are forests that smell less of tree bark than does this book, and I found myself filled with thoughts of autumn walks by its scent.
