World Book Sniffing Day is a celebration of the book as a sensory object, as a carrier of memories and a stirrer of thoughts. This olfactory observance takes place on the 12th December, allowing all dedicated (and curious) book sniffers a chance to unite in their love of perfumed pages and intoxicating ink.

We want you to celebrate the day your way – in happy solitude or with a loved one, zooming as part of your own sniff club or diligently adding your own sniff notes to our online library.
